Provides leadership and operational oversight of the Occupational Health Unit while delivering occupational health nursing services, medical surveillance activities, emergency response, wellness initiatives, and workers' compensation case management.

Manage day-to-day Health Unit operations.

Supervise nursing activities.

Conduct occupational health screenings.

Administer immunizations.

Perform audiometry and spirometry programs.

Manage workers' compensation cases.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

Support pandemic monitoring and response.

Coordinate wellness and surveillance programs.

Active Texas RN license.
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.

Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN-S preferred/required for lead role).

CAOHC certification.

NIOSH Spirometry certification.

CPR/AED certification.
-
Occupational health management experience.
