Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and safety of our property’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Your leadership will ensure that all facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety regulations. Duties
- Lead maintenance technician and supervise facilities maintenance team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC units, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Develop plans to ensure compliance with manufacture and company preventative maintenance plans and programs to keep assets in state of good repair
- Utilize Doorloop Property Management software to plan maintenance activities and track task/work orders
- Manage facilities maintenance procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot engineering issues using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to diagnose electrical or mechanical faults
- Coordinate projects involving HVAC system repair, electrical system upgrades, or plumbing repairs while managing timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance practices
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules to optimize system performance and longevity
- Lead safety training sessions for team members on proper maintenance repair procedures and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance
Requirements
- Proven management experience supervising facilities or maintenance teams in an industrial or commercial setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to industrial maintenance, electrical systems (including high voltage), plumbing, HVAC systems, and general facilities management
- Experience repairing HVAC systems including troubleshooting compressors, fans, ductwork, thermostats, and controls
- Ability to read schematics accurately for electrical or mechanical troubleshooting tasks
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards
- Fluency in English is required for communication across teams and documentation purposes
