As a Preschool Teacher (Ages 3–5, including Pre-K/VPK classrooms), you will lead a structured, engaging learning environment that supports kindergarten readiness while honoring the power of purposeful play.
In this role, you will:
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 3–5
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with early learning standards
- Support literacy, math, and social-emotional development
- Maintain strong classroom management and consistent daily routines
- Build professional, solution-oriented partnerships with families
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with licensing and VPK standards (if applicable)
- Collaborate with administration, therapists, and support staff
- Uphold TLP’s standards of excellence, accountability, and customer service
What You Bring
- CDA, FCCPC, VPK endorsement, or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- VPK certification (preferred for Pre-K classroom placement)
- Minimum two years of experience in Preschool or VPK instruction (preferred)
- Strong classroom leadership and organizational skills
- Professional communication and teamwork abilities
- A commitment to inclusive early childhood education and continuous growth
Compensation & Benefits
The Learning Pavilion provides a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, with compensation based on education, credentials, and experience.
