We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides for Palm Beach County to provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in their homes or community settings. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by promoting independence, safety, and well-being through attentive caregiving and comprehensive support.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor patients’ health status by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through routine cleaning tasks and manual handling techniques.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being, especially for those with dementia or neurodevelopmental disorders.
Skills
- Strong patient observation skills with the ability to monitor vital signs and recognize signs of distress or deterioration.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
- Speak clear English

- All CEU's, including 1 hour additional Alzheimer's/Dementia certificate from the Department of Elder Affairs
- In person CPR
- Level II back ground without a 90 day gap in work
