Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, bussing tables, and restaurant areas
- Assist with food preparation, basic kitchen tasks, or host/hostess duties as needed to support team operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings
- Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS, Tock, and OpenTable for reservations management
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Previous experience with culinary tasks or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue

Pay: $15.05 - $18.00 per hour
