What You’ll Do at JQLC
- Be proactive: spot new job opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and suggest improvements to how we get the job done. (Great ideas don’t go unnoticed or unrewarded!)
- Summer tasks include mowing, pruning, leaf removal, and a variety of landscape projects.
- Winter tasks include shoveling and plowing, with salt application opportunities coming soon.
- We’re committed to provide steady work and pay throughout the winter months.
What We’re Looking For
- No previous experience is required — thorough training and ongoing support will bring anyone to our highest standard!
- Valid driver’s license — we aim to train every team member as a future crew leader, and being able to drive is the first step toward earning that trust.
- Consistency, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Most importantly, take pride in your work!
Salary & Benefits
