SPX Network | Field Based | Commission Based with Uncapped Earnings
About the Role
SPX Network is seeking motivated, results driven Creator Talent Scouts to expand our growing network of creators and streamers. This is a hands-on, field based recruitment role not a desk job. You will identify high potential creators, engage them through direct outreach and in person visits, and guide them into the SPX Network.
You will serve as the face of SPX in your market: building relationships in fitness clubs, private gyms, studios, and other spaces where creators and potential streamers gather, and representing the brand with professionalism and energy.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and recruit creators and potential streamers with strong growth potential for the SPX Network
- Conduct high volume outreach through cold calls, cold DMs, email, and social media channels
- Visit fitness clubs, private gyms, studios, events, and other creator hotspots to engage talent face-to-face
- Research local markets and social platforms to map out where high potential creators are active
Pitching & Onboarding
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations of the SPX Network, its value proposition, and its earning opportunities
- Conduct preliminary conversations with prospective creators to understand their goals, content style, and fit for the network
- Guide new creators through the sign up and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start on the platform
- Address questions and objections professionally, and follow up consistently with warm leads
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate, up to date records of leads, outreach activity, follow ups, and signups
- Track personal performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets
- Report regularly on pipeline status, market feedback, and conversion results
- Share insights from the field to help refine SPX's recruitment strategy and messaging
Brand Representation
- Represent SPX Network professionally at gyms, studios, community events, and networking opportunities
- Stay informed on creator economy trends, streaming platforms, and the fitness/content landscape
- Uphold SPX's reputation and standards in all interactions with prospective and current creators
Compensation & Earning Structure
- Commission based with a tiered structure. As you advance through recruiter levels and your creators progress through the network, your commission rate increases.
- Recurring residual earnings. You continue earning commissions from the same creator as they reach higher levels your past work continues to pay you.
- $2,000 draw/incentive during your first two months to support you while you build your pipeline.
- No earning cap. Top performers have the potential to earn $50K–$70K+ per month, based on the number and quality of creators recruited and their progression within the network.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, recruiting, field marketing, promotions, or business development preferred (not required for exceptional candidates)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; confident initiating conversations with strangers, both in person and online
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection handling abilities
- Self motivated and disciplined, with the ability to independently manage your own schedule, territory, and pipeline
- Resilient and persistent; comfortable with high volume outreach and rejection
- Familiarity with the creator economy, live streaming, and social media platforms (or strong willingness to learn)
- Existing network within fitness, content creation, or streaming communities is a strong plus
- Ability to travel locally to gyms, studios, and events within your market
