Stone & Cedar Cleaning Co. is a premium residential cleaning company focused on exceptional quality and customer experience. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, maintain our high standards, and help ensure every home leaves our team looking its best.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and light commercial cleaning services with exceptional attention to detail.
- Conduct final quality inspections before leaving each home.
- Coach and support other team members to maintain company standards.
- Identify and correct missed areas before clients return home.
- Help train new cleaners on our systems and expectations.
- Represent Stone & Cedar professionally in clients’ homes.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional residential cleaning experience required.
- Previous lead cleaner, trainer, or supervisor experience preferred.
- Strong eye for detail and ability to notice what others miss.
- Comfortable providing constructive feedback to teammates.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift 30 lbs and work independently.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
