Position Summary
The Team Member is responsible for helping provide a fast, friendly, and high-quality experience for our customers. This position will primarily involve preparing sandwiches and other menu items, assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting the team with other daily tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches, bagels, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety procedures.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging throughout the shift.
- Assist with food preparation, dishes, cleaning, and other necessary shop duties.
- Properly handle and store food according to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Assist other team members when needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities as assigned.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.

Pay: $12.77 - $16.50 per hour
