URGENT IN-HOME care PCA/CFSS Support worker needed — Mankato, MN (Near MSU)

$21.75/hr. increasing to $22.25/hr. after September 1st

~22 hrs/week, part-time, no weekends

ACCRA Care & FMS
Support a woman with a spinal cord injury, right in her home. Part-time, ~22 hrs/week, no weekends. Great for stay-at-home parents or anyone wanting extra hours. Paid through ACCRA Care & FMS.
Schedule:
· Tue 6:45am–1:00pm
· Thu 6:45am–1:00pm
· Fri 6:45am–3/3:30pm
Pay & Bonuses:
- $21.75/hr. to $22.25/hr. in September
- $750 bonus after 6 online tests or 1 test with CNA
- $1,200 bonus after 6 months working
- 10 paid training hours EARLY August
You'll Help With:
- Housekeeping, errands, doctor appointment rides
- ADL/IADL, hygiene, mobility support
- Bladder/colostomy care, wound & pressure sore care
Friday Only: Comfortable with hot/sauna-like shower conditions, wafer changes, pressure sore care, lymphedema wraps, hoyer lift transfers, dressing, and meal prep. Some healthcare/CNA background preferred OR the willingness to learn on the job with extensive training
Requirements:
- Live within 15 miles of Mankato
- Valid license, reliable car to and from work
- Healthcare/CNA experience preferred OR we will train the right person/s
Perks: PTO (1 hr/30 worked) + 1.5x holiday pay for 9 holidays
Pay: $21.75 - $22.50 per hour
