GLI is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Director to accelerate our North American sales for our cybersecurity/information security services (ISS) division, GLI Secure. This role is pivotal in driving revenue and leading our expansion into Financial, Educational, State & Local Government, Insurance, and Healthcare industries.

What You Will Accomplish Here…
As a Senior Director of Sales for our GLI Secure division, you will lead our efforts in driving sales beyond our core gambling markets. This is a hands-on position responsible for all sales activities and operations of the assigned ISS Sales group while fulfilling business goals, including developing sales plans, setting expectations and goals, and team development.
Within the first 90 days, this role will be expected to drive a sales strategy to diversify our markets beyond our traditional client base to drive revenue growth. You will lead our expansion into Financial, Educational, State & Local Government, Insurance, and Healthcare industries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Market Diversification: Own and execute a go-to market strategy to drive a sales in the Financial, Educational, State & Local Government, Insurance, and Healthcare industries.
- Build New Business: Build a strong pipeline of prospects in focused industries through targeted outreach and partnerships to drive revenue for services including penetration testing, security audits, and compliance assessments.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing North American sales team. You will forecast revenue, meet established sales targets, and analyze performance metrics.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to understand business drivers, align sales growth strategies with company goals, and provide insights to adapt solutions to meet client needs in new sectors.
- Client Engagement: Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and with strategic partners.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- 8 + years of progressive experience in market diversification and new business development is required.
- 3 + years of experience in leadership roles.
- Proven success selling cybersecurity solutions or services, including penetration testing and security audits.
- Must have a strong understanding of cyber risk, security testing methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Must have a track record of winning business in competitive, unfamiliar markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
- Must live within a reasonable commutable distance to a major airport.
Preferred or a Plus:
- 5 + years of ISS Sales or cybersecurity services experience.
- ISO27001 experience or certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity or a related field.
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours or more per week.
Salary: $175,000 - $200,000
Travel: Up to 50% travel is required.
