Vending Specialist-

DiVal Safety Equipment, a leader in the Industrial Safety, Fire, and EMS distribution business, is looking for credible and motivated Vending Specialist with a safety focused “whatever it takes” attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Focus on safety at all times – safety training and direction must be adhered to at all times, reporting any existing or potential safety concerns to management.

Must complete daily vehicle inspection and make direct supervisor aware of any issues that may require attention.

Professional and timely communication with customers.
-
Provide accurate and dependable delivery of allocated product.
-
Provide onsite Vendor Managed Inventory replenishment of PPE products for customers as scheduled.

Replenishment of customer PPE vending machines.
-
Inspect customer’s lifesaving equipment including but not limited to Fire Extinguishers, Eyewashes, E-lights, and AEDs.

Accurately maintain and record inventory levels at each customer location.

Work as part of a team, reporting directly to the Warehouse Management team out of Buffalo, NY as well as working in conjunction with the Sales and Services team.

Stock a box truck for deliveries, configuring in the most efficient manner.

Responsible for turning in all gas card receipts to supervisor daily.

Complete cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.

Perform additional warehouse duties that may arise.
Skills and Requirements:

Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen & physical.

Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record as defined within the DiVal Safety Equipment’s Employee Handbook.

High school diploma / GED equivalent.
