Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot Karl Mayer Warp Knitting Machines (Tricot & Raschel)
- Perform PMs, timing belt changes, pattern wheel changes, and machine adjustments
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving on warp knitting equipment
- Monitor daily production, machine performance, and quality standards
- Support beam changes and assist with operator development
- Maintain spare parts and ensure equipment runs to customer specifications
- Follow all safety policies and good manufacturing practices
Requirements
- Warp knitting experience required (circular knitting not applicable)
- Experience as a Warp Knitting Technician, Fixer, or Overhauler preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical ability
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs (non-repetitive)
- MUST be willing to relocate to Stearns, Williamsburg, Somerset, or Knoxville, KY
