About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Door-to-Door Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers face-to-face, presenting products or services, and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods and approach potential customers in person.

Present and explain product/service features and benefits clearly.

Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience.

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Stay informed about product updates and promotions.

Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications

No prior Door to Door sales experience necessary – we will train you!
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons including inclement weather

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel 75% of time within assigned territory for 1-2 weeks at a time.
