Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and OSHA safety regulations
- Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify plumbing issues and resolve them efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and project progress
- Utilize proper tools, equipment, and materials for the task
- Mentor and train less experienced team members as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in travel projects as needed (per diem provided)
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in commercial plumbing is required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Solid understanding of plumbing codes and standards
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable and able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- MedGas Certification is helpful, but not required (we offer training opportunities!)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
