About the Role
We're looking for someone who can bring order to a busy, ever-changing warehouse environment without losing their cool. This isn't a sit-and-sort role — parts move, priorities shift, and people will occasionally create beautiful chaos. Your job is to stay on top of it all, keep inventory accurate, and adapt without missing a beat.

What You'll Do

Track and maintain accurate inventory records in real time

Perform cycle counts and run down discrepancies until they're resolved

Organize and reorganize warehouse and storage areas as needs shift

Classify and sort parts across multiple categories — core, repair, and tested-good

Collaborate daily with logistics, repair, and assembly teams

Jump between areas and tasks as priorities arise

Spot opportunities to improve processes and speak up about them
What We're Looking For

Someone who stays organized even when things around them aren't

Comfortable with a fast pace and a constantly shifting to-do list

Detail-oriented without being rigid — you can hold the standard while rolling with the punches

A good communicator who works well across teams

Basic computer skills (Google Suite, typing, email)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable moving around a warehouse environment

1+ years of inventory, warehouse, or operations experience preferred — but the right attitude matters more
-
High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check
