Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing wellness company.
This position will begin as a weekend operations role responsible for helping run day-to-day clinic operations, supporting clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. For the right candidate, we expect this position to grow into a full-time role with increased responsibilities, compensation, and opportunities for advancement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in business operations, hospitality, healthcare administration, customer experience, or entrepreneurship. Expect around 50/50 customer service to marketing and other business operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend clinic operations and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions and concerns.
- Process payments, refunds, and assist with client account management.
- Maintain accurate records and administrative systems.
- Support marketing initiatives, referral outreach, and distribution of promotional materials.
- Assist management with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify operational challenges, and assist with process improvements.
- Collaborate with therapists, clients, referring providers, and leadership to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Help develop and improve systems as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to create marketing content and manage digital media.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, therapists, and management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
