Your Role: Creating Connections
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Paseo Jewelers. You’ll provide a world-class experience by:
- Engaging Dynamically: Building genuine relationships through in-person and over-the-phone outreach.
- Expert Consulting: Understanding customer needs and handling objections with grace and product expertise.
- Closing the Sale: Presenting merchandise, explaining features, and offering financing or service plans to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Driving Results: Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
