The following is a list of responsibilities associated with this position:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers
- Become knowledgeable on all products/services including shipping, printing, mailboxes
- Utilize all equipment safely and efficiently along with POS software
- Ensure the store is clean and presentable within The UPS Store guidelines
