What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners face-to-face in residential neighborhoods
- Educate customers about Arrow Waste's reliable residential trash service
- Generate new accounts through door-to-door sales
- Build relationships and represent a trusted local company
- Track leads and sales activity using Sales Rabbit
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Honest, professional, and dependable
- Ability to walk neighborhoods and canvass door-to-door
- Sales experience is helpful but not required—we provide training
