Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Conduct nightly audits of front desk transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial reports.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, courteously, and effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports and shift summaries.
- Support guest relations by resolving issues quickly and ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.

Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality settings is advantageous.
- Ability to work overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
