Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Systems Equipment (CSE) Technician to join our team. The CSE Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial equipment and systems while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. This position requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, test, inspect, and commission commercial systems and equipment as per standards and specifications.

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and routine service checks on equipment and systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues to identify root cause and implement corrective actions.

Repair or replace defective components, wiring, or parts using appropriate tools and methods.

Accurately complete service reports and maintenance documentation for all assignments.

Observe safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout all work activities.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, supervisors, and colleagues regarding project status and service needs.

Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and workspaces in good condition and organized fashion.

Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and process optimization activities.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on technology and best practices.

Assist in emergency repairs and service calls as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.

Basic technical knowledge of commercial systems, mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, schematics, and drawings.

Proficiency with common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems).

Strong attention to detail with organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (if travel is required).

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Ability to work in industrial, manufacturing, or field environments and utilize ladders, tools, and PPE as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field.

Previous experience in equipment maintenance, field service, or commercial system technology.

Experience working in commercial or industrial environments.

Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
