We are looking for experienced roofing contractors in the Indianapolis metropolitan area to join our team. Contractors working with us can expect to earn anywhere from $10,000 to $40,000 per month, depending on their sales ability and close rate. There is very high earning potential with our company as long as you are professional, communicative, dependable, and dedicated.
THIS IS A FULL-TIME, CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY. We are looking for contractors who are ready to take on consistent work throughout the week and build a strong long-term partnership with us.
Here is how our business works:
- We source homeowners who need estimates booked in from our website.
- We book the appointments and send you to the property. These appointments are for full roof replacements or installations only.
- You contact the homeowner, confirm the appointment, and meet them at the property.
- You inspect the roof, speak with the homeowner, leave a great impression, and understand their project requirements.
- You use our software to quickly build and price the estimate.
- We build a professional proposal for the homeowner.
- You follow up with the homeowner via text, answer their questions, give them personalized attention, and close the job.
- The homeowner pays you directly.
- You collect the deposit, complete the project with your crew, and pay us a commission on the revenue collected.
You do not need to spend your time cold calling, running advertisements, or chasing random leads. We handle finding homeowners and booking the appointments. You focus on inspecting roofs, closing projects, and completing excellent work.
IMPORTANT:
Once you apply and answer the basic questions, we will call you for a short phone interview.
If we agree to move forward, we will start by sending you three roofing estimate appointments for projects typically worth between $10,000 and $20,000.
If you are able to close at least one of them and communicate professionally throughout the process, we will enter a partnership agreement and begin sending you approximately 1-2 daily appointments for jobs worth 10-20k each.
GREAT COMMUNICATION AND SALES ABILITY ARE REQUIRED.
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
