What You'll Do:

Maintain beautiful landscapes (mow, trim, edge, clean up)

Operate commercial equipment: mowers, trimmers, trailers, blowers, snow tools

Assist with planting, mulching, and small construction projects

Participate in snow and ice management during winter

Gain exposure to various divisions: turf, ornamental, irrigation, fertilization, design-build, and enhancements
What We're Looking For:

Valid drivers license with a clean MVR (3-year history)

Willing to drive or learn to drive truck/trailer combinations

Reliable attendance and team mindset we work closely together

Confidence interacting with job appropriate apps

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Willingness to learn and grow no experience necessary

Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
(We are open to conversations around prior convictions)
