Asheville Sandwich Company is an award-winning sandwich shop known for Cheesesteaks, Reubens, craft shakes, and high-volume catering. We’re looking for a dependable Line Cook to join our evening kitchen team.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen where consistency, cleanliness, and reliability matter.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Work grill, fryer, and prep stations efficiently
- Assemble sandwiches with consistency and presentation
- Assist with catering prep and large-volume orders
- Maintain a clean, organized station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the team during peak service times
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Team-oriented mindset
- Kitchen experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
