Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY welcome)
- Strong experience with pediatric or school-aged populations, particularly upper elementary and middle school students
- Previous practice in a school setting and familiarity with IEP processes
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions
- Comfortable with onsite work—this role is currently in person only
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for qualifying students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct intervention services, primarily with students in 5th-8th grades
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Record and report student progress, maintaining thorough documentation
- Provide consultative support and strategies to classroom staff
