We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Assistant Supervisor to oversee approximately 15 medical assistants located throughout the state of Georgia. This is a full-time, salaried position with responsibilities spanning leadership, coordination, and travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise medical assistants across multiple locations in Georgia.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, patient care standards, and organizational policies.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate schedules and manage staffing needs across sites.
- Travel once or twice per month throughout Georgia for 2–3 days at a time to conduct on-site supervision and support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a medical assistant, preferably with LPN certification.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Georgia.
- Ability to work independently while managing a dispersed team.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Full-time, salaried position.
