This position will report to the Deputy AD for Internal Operations and assist with the daily operation, scheduling, and supervision of all athletic facilities, inclusive of the newly created Bronxville campus. This individual will also assist with all intercollegiate events, as well as any outside athletic groups that utilize athletic spaces. The qualified candidate must be able to work weekend and night hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the oversight of the day to day operations of the Hynes Athletics Center and Bronxville campus athletic facilities
Coordinate staffing for building needs
Ensure safety and security of the Hynes Athletics Center at all times
Oversight of supervision of 40-50 student workers
Oversight of the management of the Athletic Departments ten 12-passenger vans and ensure their safe driving conditions and proper regulations
Assist in game operations for men’s and women’s basketball as well as other sports as assigned
Assist the Assistant Athletics Director for Facilities and Operations in all tasks related to athletic event management
Disburse, collect, organize and maintain sporting equipment for all teams
Assist with athletic laundry
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree required, with Master’s Degree preferred
At least 1 year of experience in Collegiate Athletics
