INDUSTRIAL COATINGS TECHNICIAN
Extreme Precision Scaffolding, LLC. is looking for an experienced Industrial Coatings Technician who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of the quality of their work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Perform abrasive blasting to SSPC/SP standards
· Apply industrial coatings to MIL specifications using spray, brush, or roller
· Calculate WFT (Wet Film Thickness) to DFT (Dry Film Thickness)
· Select the appropriate equipment for proper coating application
· Troubleshoot and repair blasting and painting equipment
· Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· 3–5 years of industrial coatings experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of industrial blasting and coating applications
· Ability to read and follow coating specifications
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
· Valid driver's license
· Ability to pass a respirator fit test
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
· Comfortable working in confined spaces
· Willingness to travel occasionally
