Building Maintenance / Mechanic Assistant (Cold Spring, MN)

We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance / Mechanic Assistant at our Cold Spring location.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on facilities, equipment, and property.
- Complete general building maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of general maintenance, mechanical, or related experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including stooping, bending, crouching, climbing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Schedule and Benefits
- Flexible schedule options - 4 Day work week available
- Monday-Friday/no weekends; unless extra hours are desired
- Willingness to work 40-50 hours weekly
- Paid hourly, time-and-a-half over 40 hours
