Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food production. If you have a passion for pizza, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Supervise all aspects of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train and mentor staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders and track sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Proficient in inventory control procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
