```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries or complaints
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service management preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to upsell and recommend additional services or products
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer software for service writing and invoicing
