Part-Time great for student. Must be local to Keyport area. 12-5 M-F. Job tasks would be answering phones, order processing along with other job tasks. Must be upbeat and polite. Will train. This is a small company with a great team that works together.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is positive and solution-oriented
- Handle inbound calls efficiently, addressing client questions, concerns, and requests with clarity and confidence
- Assist clients with sales inquiries, product information, account management, and troubleshooting issues
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions, update client records, and manage data entry tasks accurately
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers
- Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on inquiries or promote relevant services and offer
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred; previous experience in sales or client services is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in English; bilingual skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly
- Technical proficiency with call center software or CRM systems is beneficial
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude during challenging interactions
