What You'll Do
As one of the first and last people our patients interact with, you'll help create the exceptional experience that Meg Fox Aesthetics is known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in and checkout
- Educate patients on memberships, promotions, and upcoming events
- Assist with retail product sales and skincare recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, luxury office environment
- Support inventory, merchandising, and daily office operations
- Work collaboratively with providers and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience
