Community Outreach Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners to discuss their home maintenance concerns and introduce LeafGuard’s gutter protection solutions.
- Clearly explain the benefits of LeafGuard products in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand homeowners’ needs and identify qualified sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule consultations and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
- Share customer success stories and real-world examples to build credibility and confidence in LeafGuard’s solutions.
- Track outreach activities and provide feedback on community engagement efforts to help improve lead quality and sales effectiveness.
- Represent the LeafGuard brand professionally at community events, local outreach initiatives, and customer interactions.
Community Outreach Coordinator Qualifications
- Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations, events, and follow-up activities effectively.
- Eagerness to learn about home improvement products, gutter protection systems, and homeowner needs.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-focused mindset.
Pay: $52,273.88 - $62,953.48 per year
