Great Minds ABA Therapy is hiring a full time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026-2027 school year, to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services is a school-based setting. Great Minds ABA Therapy is a growing behavior consultation and direct service agency collaborating with educators to improve student behaviors.
Description of responsibilities:
-Provide 1:1 discrete trial instruction.
-Use prompt and prompt fading procedures to ensure student success.
-Assist BCBA with functional behavior assessments.
-Assist teacher with classroom routines.
-Collect and graph behavior data.
-Implement behavior intervention plans with integrity.
-Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of educators with professional communication skills.
Requirements:
-RBT certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board preferred.
-Bachelor degree required
-2-4 years experience working with children/adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
-Maintain a crisis intervention certification.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
