The successful Stakeholder Engagement Specialist is a “Go-getter” with excellent relationship building skills. The primary goal of this new position is to lead the development of an iconic community based urban wellness center through strategic community engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner engagement, community outreach, project planning and event management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines to meet goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Cultural competency with a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a demonstrated understanding of social justice principles.
Summary of Position
The Facilities Assistant is responsible for supporting the maintenance, safety, cleanliness, beauty and general operations of the company’s facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, assisting with set-ups for meetings or events, handling minor repairs, ensuring the building is clean and organized, and supporting facility management in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facilities management or maintenance is a plus.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and building systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Proficiency with basic tools and equipment used in maintenance and repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot basic facility issues.
