Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder / Spay Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will complete major welding projects to support our manufacturing goals and assist in the machine shop as needed. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong welding expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Accurately measure and cut materials to specification
- Operate welding machinery, equipment, and tools
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless steel materials
- Work with thin-walled stainless steel (preferred)
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Assist in machine shop operations as required
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow all safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of welding experience
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding
- Experience welding steel and stainless steel
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurement tools
- Experience with thin-walled stainless steel is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
