Home Instead is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Liaison (Home Care Consultant) to join our team. We provide non-medical home care services that help seniors remain safe and independent in their homes. Our services include personal care (bathing/showering), light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, and transportation.
This position is Hybrid, but requires DAILY outside sales visits and calls within our service area (17 cities and towns surrounding Attleboro, MA). Hours are flexible—for example, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM Monday–Friday, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM across five days per week. Occasional evenings for networking events (1-3 per month)
We are seeking an LPN, RN, or an individual with at least 2 years of direct healthcare sales experience who is confident and comfortable building relationships in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, VNA’s, home health companies, and hospice organizations.
This is a high-impact, field-based role requiring a strong blend of strategic thinking, relationship- building, and sales execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with consultative sales experience, a strategic mindset, and a passion for improving the lives of aging adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management – building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to increase referrals and client acquisition
- Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase awareness and demand for services.
- Communication & Alignment – Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure shared goals and understanding of targets.
- Market Analysis – Conduct research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting – Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Execution – Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, manage marketing materials, and ensure brand identity is upheld.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education/Experience: LPN, RN, or minimum of 2 years of direct healthcare sales/marketing experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for building relationships and conveying value.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
- $30/hour plus monthly performance-based bonus
- Mileage reimbursement.
