Stewart’s Shops Corp is seeking a Corporate Facility Coordinator responsible for managing site and building repairs across 400 locations. The position serves as the primary point of contact between vendors, district managers, shop managers, and the internal maintenance team to ensure facilities are maintained safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with multiple vendors throughout New York and Vermont.
- Negotiate repair costs, schedules, and service expectations as well as follow up to ensure work is completed and meets company standards.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance with district managers, shop managers, and internal maintenance team.
- Provide back up support and coverage for Facility Services Coordinator as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self-direct and find solutions independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word) preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
