Job Description
- Lead field operations from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, critical path activities, staffing, sequencing, and recovery plans to maintain project momentum.
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, daily field operations, and quality control while fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Enforce site safety, OSHA compliance, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite.
- Conduct regular safety, coordination, and progress meetings while maintaining daily reports, project documentation, and procurement tracking.
- Drive project planning, inspections, pre-punch, punch list, and closeout activities to ensure a seamless turnover.
