Responsible for the recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students. Identifies and develops center-beneficial partnerships that support student success. Determines student qualifications, eligibility, and suitability for enrollment while maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity of student data.
Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data
Ensures the Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals
Conducts comprehensive screening procedures to determine applicant eligibility and suitability
Secures and evaluates applicant behavioral, medical, and educational records
Denies enrollment when necessary and refers applicants to appropriate educational resources
Provides thorough assessments and career counseling during the admissions process
Acts as a liaison to Center staff to support seamless enrollment and early student retention
Builds partnerships with community agencies, high schools, trade schools, and employment services
Develops and maintains referral networks within the community
Conducts center tours, pre-arrival visits, and parent meetings
Produces accurate, timely, and high-quality work
Maintains strong attendance, accountability, and productivity standards
Plans, prioritizes, and organizes tasks to meet goals and deadlines
Demonstrates strong job knowledge and continuously improves professional skills
Mentors and models Career Success Standards in alignment with PRH guidelines
Provides supervision and positive behavior guidance for students
Ensures quality programs and services that meet student needs
Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Identifies problems, evaluates solutions, and ensures timely resolution
Collaborates with all departments to support student success
Accepts direction from leadership and assists across departments as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
