Helping Hands Nursing Solutions is looking for qualified CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistant) to staff our LTC clients in the surrounding areas of Sioux Falls, SD. - Job Description :
- Interacting with residents and families on a daily basis
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
- Following the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
Job Requirements :
- Valid CNA license required
- 1 year prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
- Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Plan of Care or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Understands quality of care objectives
- Understands quality of life objectives
- Recent PPD or Chest X-Ray
- CPR/BLS
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
