We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vape Junction In this role, you will be the face of our business, delivering top-tier customer service, maintaining store organization, and guiding customers through our wide selection of glassware, vaporizers, tobacco, and lifestyle accessories.

Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers enthusiastically, listen to their needs, and provide expert product recommendations.
Product Education: Stay informed on current inventory—including glass, vapes, concentrates, and accessories—to accurately explain features, usage, and benefits.
Cash Handling & POS: Operate the cash register, process debit/credit card transactions, and manage daily drawer balancing accurately.
Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, displays, and glass cases impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Regulatory Compliance: Strictly enforce age-verification policies by checking IDs for every customer to ensure 100% compliance with local and state laws.
Inventory Management: Receive shipments, unpack merchandise, update price tags, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Age: Must be 21 years or older (mandatory for industry compliance).
Experience: Prior retail, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred. Knowledge of smoke shop/vape products is strongly preferred.
Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Communication: Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
