Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
- Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, kitchen, catering, hotel, or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to handle and prepare food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Note: This position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
