As an Entrepreneurial Manager in Training, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition and business operations while representing Frontier. You'll work directly with customers to recommend personalized connectivity solutions, develop strong relationships, and learn the leadership skills needed to manage and grow a high-performing team.
Entrepreneurial Manager in Training Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to present Frontier internet and TV services and recommend solutions based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Generate new business through face-to-face customer interactions and community outreach.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
- Learn business operations, sales strategies, and leadership best practices through hands-on training.
- Support team development while working alongside other Entrepreneurial Managers in Training to improve overall performance.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving individual and team goals.
- Stay up to date on Frontier products, promotions, and industry trends.

Entrepreneurial Manager in Training Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, business, or leadership is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to succeed.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Prior Entrepreneurial Manager in Training experience is a plus.
