Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and organized Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations at our pizza and broasted chicken restaurant that offers carryout and delivery services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves working with people, and is passionate about providing excellent customer experiences. Ideal candidate is able to work nights and weekends, with a four day week. Schedule would resemble something like 4pm til 4am, Thursday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all aspects run efficiently and smoothly.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle customer service issues with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Supervise cash handling, POS systems, and cashiering duties accurately during shifts.
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or food service environments, with supervising experience preferred.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development.
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and store management software.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively and handle customer concerns professionally.
