AFURI is seeking a passionate and hospitality-driven Bartender/Server to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in craft cocktails and guest experience, and works well as part of a collaborative team.
This is a tipped position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking bar ingredients and supplies
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards
- Process orders accurately using the POS system
Qualifications
- 1+ year bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or cocktail bar preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Interest in Japanese food, culture, and hospitality is a plus
