Line Lead – Multi-Client Operations

Position Summary
Go Direct Solutions is seeking a hands-on, fast-moving Line Lead to support our growing Multi-Client operation. The Line Lead works directly with the Operations Program Supervisor to execute daily customer projects, production, kitting, picking, packing, and fulfillment activities.
This is a working lead position. The Line Lead is expected to be actively involved in the process while helping organize and direct the employees working within their assigned area.
We are looking for someone who leads by example, understands the importance of urgency and accuracy, and can keep work moving throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Operations Program Supervisor to execute daily priorities and customer requirements.
- Set up and organize kitting, production, picking, packing, and other customer projects.
- Review work instructions, pick lists, and project requirements before work begins.
- Help assign employees to workstations and maintain proper workflow throughout the shift.
- Work alongside the team while providing day-to-day direction and support.
- Monitor production pace, accuracy, quality, and completion against daily goals.
- Verify materials, products, labels, quantities, and other project requirements.
- Identify shortages, quality concerns, process issues, or delays and immediately communicate them to the Operations Program Supervisor.
- Help train employees on processes, work instructions, quality expectations, and safe work practices.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area.
- Assist with palletizing, staging, material movement, and preparation of completed work for shipping.
- Support multiple customer programs and move between projects as business priorities change.
- Use warehouse systems, scanners, technology, and new tools introduced into the operation.
- Help implement process improvements, automation, and new ways of working as the operation grows.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, production, kitting, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience.
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain a sense of urgency throughout the shift.
- Comfortable giving direction and working directly alongside other employees.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify problems and escalate them quickly.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to take ownership of assigned work.
- Comfortable learning new processes, technology, automation, and AI-supported tools.
- Forklift and material handling equipment experience is a plus.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front.
A successful Line Lead does not stand back and watch the operation. You will be part of the process, helping the team maintain pace, answering questions, checking details, removing obstacles, and making sure the work gets completed correctly and on time.
You do not need to have all the answers. You do need to recognize when something is wrong, take ownership, and quickly involve the Operations Program Supervisor when additional support or a decision is needed.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
