We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key holder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the management team in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail.
Duties
- Open/Close store.
- Set and disable security alarms.
- Complete opening and closing checklists.
- Greet and assist customers with purchases and styling.
- Drive sales by encouraging upselling and cross-selling.
- Supervise store associates in the absence of a manager.
- Delegate tasks and ensure completion.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit transactions, and daily reconciliation.
Skills
- 1–2 years of retail experience.
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
